What are Meringue Suisse meringues?
Meringue Suisse makes Swiss meringues inspired by the meringues we grew up with in Switzerland: light, crisp and delicate, with a little peak on top. Our PETITES box holds nine meringues, each in its own sage-green cup, in a kraft gift box tied with twine.

Which flavors do you make?
Classic, Coffee and Chocolate. Coffee and Chocolate are planned for launch, subject to final recipe approval.
What are the ingredients? Are there allergens?
Classic: sugar, egg whites, baking powder. Chocolate: sugar, egg whites, cocoa powder, baking powder. Coffee: sugar, egg whites, freeze-dried coffee, baking powder. Contains: egg. Our meringues are made in a home kitchen.
How much does a box cost?
A PETITES box of 9 Swiss meringues is $14.90. Shipping in California is $9.90 for 1 to 2 boxes, $12.90 for 3 to 4 boxes, $14.90 for 5 to 7 boxes, and free for 8 boxes or more. Local delivery in the Temecula area is free.
Do you ship outside Temecula?
Yes, we ship anywhere in California with USPS Ground Advantage. Each order is made for you: allow 3 to 5 business days to prepare, then usually 2 to 5 business days in transit. We ship Monday to Wednesday so boxes never wait in a warehouse over the weekend.
How long do the meringues keep?
Keep them in their original box, in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate. For the best crispness and flavor, enjoy them within 10 days of purchase.
Are they good as a gift?
Yes. Each box is tied by hand with twine and a Meringue Suisse tag, which makes it a lovely gift for birthdays, thank-yous, hosts or the holidays. For larger orders or events, please contact us.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Because our meringues are food, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund your purchase.
